His spot

We're noticing he will walk to the door or sniff around the corridor when he wants to go outside, or about to make a mess lol. Very smart little one nonetheless. 

He will get up and wag his tail, has his reservations for us yet, but definitely curious. When we're all sitting down, he'll just pass out. His spot is here....under the dining table. Not sure why, but it's his spot...unless there's a comfortable bed of course. 

We've gone spurts without the diaper and just watching his signals. 

Last night instead of another hour of the howling, barking, cries in the crate. We decided another way I had trained a previous dog. If he's a cuddler, the motivation will be, teaching him to lay in bed and not getting down unless he had to go potty. If he would need to go, I'd let him out. 

My daughter woke up at 2am, and naturally I let him out just to do it, no potty, but in case. Then he found us in her room and found her bed, then back to sleep til 524am. So he GETS the concept. lol. 

He's sweet as pie and gentle and just so cuddly soft!
